Description
At the end of September 2024, I went on a trip with my son to Oslo in Norway. He was on business I just tagged along. One of the days I arranged to go on a sea fishing trip. I had to go to a place called Pelvika. I met the boat there. Before I boarded I had some time to admire the view for 10 minutes before we left. While I was waiting I did a little 360 video of the area to send to my wife. When I had finished I went to sit at a picnic table nearby. On that table was this oyster shell and two mussel shells. I love them immediately I saw them and put them in my pocket. (You can see the little picnic table in the video below).
The shell is 55mm long and 26mm wide at the widest point. I have added a 925 silver pendant clasp. We can hang this on 1 or 2mm waxed tread. This is secured with a stainless steel lobster claw clasp. Pls get in touch to tell me how long you would like the necklace to be.
The edges of the shell are really smooth from where the see has been washing it up against the stones in the Fjord. It made my day to find it. I hope you love it just as much. These were the only shells I saw when I was on that trip, which surprised me but it makes it all the more special.
Just like you, this is unique.
