Oyster shell pendent and necklace. Oyster shells often wash up on the beach at places like Hayling Island which is where I found this one. However it is very unusual that they have this “mother of pearl” like colour and finish so extensively showing on the shell.

Oyster shell pendant and necklace. Oyster shells often wash up on the beach at places like Hayling Island which is where I found this one. However it is very unusual that they have this “mother of pearl” like colour and finish so extensively showing on the shell. This shell is almost 100% how I found it on the beach. You could wear it any way around as both sides look wonderful.

It is attached to a 1mm black waxed cotton necklace by a 925 sterling silver pendent clasp. The necklace has a stainless steel lobster clasp on it. The oyster shell is approximately 55mm by 45mm.
