Sea shell and sodalite adjustable bracelet. The sea shell was a broken section of shell I found on a beach walk. I smooth off any sharp sections drill the holes in it but apart from that it is how I found it on the beach.

Sodalite reminds me of the sea because of the colours in it. The blues and whites are like the frothing waves as they land on the beach. Sodalite is said to bring order and calmness to the mind. It encourages rational thought, objectivity, truth and intuition, along with verbalisation of feelings. Sodalite brings emotional balance and calms panic attacks. It enhances self-esteem, self-acceptance and self-trust.

The shell and beads are on a 1mm thick waxed black cotton thread made into an adjustable bracelet to fit all sizes.
